DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONs

Delivery

Orders for dinner packs must be in before 3pm on the day prior to requirement. All deliveries will be between 3pm and 6pm of the day required. Orders of pantry items, wine, beer, cakes etc can be placed on the day required, but must be in before 1pm. These will also be delivered in the 3pm to 6pm delivery window. Delivery of any alcohol is contingent upon the purchase of a prepared meal (dinner pack). Dinner packs are the only prepared meals that will be delivered, all other cooked menu items are pick up only.

CLICK + COLLECT

All menu items, pantry items, wine, beer, etc can be ordered for ‘Click + Collect’ at any time subject to the following conditions. All orders require the specification of a pick up time in between the hours of 9am and 3pm. All orders placed during trading hours must be between 8am to 2pm and require a minimum of 1 hour notice for collection. Any orders placed after 2pm of any given day and 8am of the next day will be available no earlier than 9am of that next day.
